Job summary

Westover Companies in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to support multiple PA property locations. The role requires a proactive, self-starting approach and a strong work ethic to help our team keep units and common areas well-maintained.

The ideal candidate will perform routine maintenance, diagnose HVAC/electrical/plumbing issues, and work with leasing and maintenance staff while on-call as needed; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience performing routine maintenance and repairs in residential or commercial settings.
• Ability to diagnose HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and service requests across multiple properties.
• Complete turnovers and preventative maintenance of units and common areas.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical and plumbing problems.
• Share on-call responsibilities and maintain safety practices.
