Responsibilities include daily cleaning, market-ready unit prep, exterior cleaning, weather-related responses, and professional interaction with current and prospective residents, while upholding safety and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and understand English.
• Must maintain professional appearance and uniform.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to shovel snow and operate a snow blower.
• Must complete Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity and Inclusion Training within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris daily.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior surfaces.
• Assist with weather-related emergencies and safety.
• Clean available apartments and common areas.
• Report maintenance and life-safety issues promptly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal with residents.
• Interact professionally with current and prospective residents.
