Job summary

Talentburst, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist III- Float for a 2-month assignment in Toms River, NJ. The role involves drawing blood, preparing specimens, and supporting patient service centers, mobile units, and long-term care sites.

The position requires strong patient interaction, leadership abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting. Shift is 6:00am-4:30pm with every other Saturday. Training and coverage across locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in some states (CA, NV, WA).

Responsibilities

• Draw high-quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Provide coverage at multiple locations and roles as needed.
• Lead on-site PSR activities and mentor new staff.
• Coordinate with sales, lab, IT, billing and logistics for complex orders.
