Job summary

Fives DyAG Corp. is seeking a Phlebotomist Floater for first shift in Toms River, NJ. This on-site contract position handles patient blood draws across multiple locations, with leadership duties and onboarding responsibilities for new staff. Overtime is applicable and sponsorship is not available.

The role requires extensive phlebotomy experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment. Pay is $26.78 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, and WA.
• Five years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and build trust.
• Provide coverage at multiple locations for multiple roles.
• Ensure daily activities of Phlebotomy services are completed accurately and on time.
• Lead on-site PSR staff and onboard new employees.
