Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada and Washington.
• 1-3 years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling post-venipuncture for accuracy.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Work across multiple sites as a floater and travel as needed with reliable punctuality.
• Provide a safe, professional environment and communicate procedures clearly to patients.
