Job summary

Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to join our patient-centered team. You will lead pharmacy operations, provide counseling, and support immunization services while driving excellent customer care at multiple locations.

As a licensed pharmacist, you will mentor staff, manage daily tasks, and uphold professional standards, with flexibility to cover shifts as needed in our pharmacy network.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must not have active suspensions, sanctions, or other restrictions related to participation in a health insurance program upon hire.
• Must not have received an unacceptable result on a company-sponsored drug test within the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients, counseling and building personalized relationships.
• Lead and mentor staff to maximize service quality and customer loyalty.
• Assist in pharmacy initiatives, MTM and immunizations.
• Execute strategy and motivate staff as the pharmacist-on-duty.
• Manage tasks to ensure complex operations meet deadlines in the absence of the PIC.
