Publix Pharmacy is recruiting a Floating Pharmacist Associate to support multiple pharmacies. You will lead the on-duty team, set priorities, and deliver value through counseling and clinical services including MTM and immunizations.

You will promote excellent patient care, empower staff, and participate in new pharmacy initiatives while maintaining regulatory compliance and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Set priorities to maximize contribution and support the team.
