Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist in Florida to join a patient-centered team. You will support multiple store locations, ensuring consistent service and compliance while on duty.

You will lead pharmacy operations, provide MTM and immunizations, counsel patients, and mentor staff to deliver best-in-class care. Publix offers growth opportunities and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must hold and maintain an unrestricted state pharmacist license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• execute strategy, motivate and inspire staff as pharmacist-on-duty.
• set priorities, perform daily tasks, support the team, build rapport with customers and staff.
• deliver best-in-class service, counsel patients, build relationships, promote loyalty, offer MTM and immunizations.
• inspire teams to act with integrity and accountability.
• drive enthusiasm for new initiatives at your location.
• manage team performance and ensure timely prescription processing in PIC absence.
• apply best practices to support business decisions while on duty.
• expert in pharmacy technology system for routine and complex processing.
• mentor peers on best practices to maximize service, minimize shrink, utilize auto-refill.
• advance MTM and immunizations initiatives.
• maintain flexible work schedule to meet customer needs.
• perform other duties as assigned.
