Job summary

Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to join our customer-centric team. You will oversee pharmacy operations, provide counseling, immunizations, MTM services, and lead clinical initiatives while mentoring staff.

Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy with an unrestricted license and be ready to work in a dynamic, retail environment offering growth and internal advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of pharmacy with an unrestricted license.
• Minimum age 18.
• Must not have active suspensions or restrictions related to health insurance program participation.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients, counsel, build personal relationships and promote customer loyalty.
• Lead pharmacy initiatives and manage tasks to ensure timely operations in the absence of the pharmacist-in-charge.
• Mentor staff on Publix pharmacy best practices and MTM/immunization services.
• Support delivery of MTM and immunizations and expand clinical services.
• Maintain flexibility to meet customer needs and assist with other duties as assigned.
