Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to join a patient‑centric team dedicated to wellness and high‑quality clinical service. You will supervise on‑duty operations, guide staff, counsel patients, and provide pharmacist‑led clinical services including MTM and immunizations.

This role supports multiple locations, requires a pharmacy degree and an unrestricted license, and offers growth within Publix through a promote‑from‑within culture and flexible scheduling.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
• No suspensions, sanctions, or other restrictions related to health insurance program participation.
• No unacceptable result on company-sponsored drug test in the last 3 years.

Aufgaben

• Provide dedication to each pharmacy's success as pharmacist-on-duty.
• Set priorities to maximize contribution and support the team.
• Deliver best‑in‑class pharmacy service through counseling and personalized relationships.
• Promote immunizations and MTM to improve health and wellness.
• Mentor others on Publix pharmacy best practices to maximize sales and minimize shrink.
• Be the on-site expert on pharmacy technology systems and processes.
