Job summary

Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to lead the pharmacy on duty, deliver patient-centered care, and drive immunization and MTM initiatives. You will mentor staff, promote clinical services, and manage workflow to ensure timely prescription processing across assigned locations.

Applicants should be a graduate pharmacist with an active license, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to improve health outcomes; experience with retail pharmacy operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Unrestricted state pharmacist license.
• Immunizing pharmacist status preferred or ability to become immunizer.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Numerical and financial aptitude; knowledge of retail merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership as pharmacist-on-duty and drive pharmacy success.
• Deliver best-in-class pharmacy service and counsel patients.
• Mentor staff on Publix pharmacy best practices.
