Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to support multiple locations with patient-centered care and clinical services such as MTM and immunizations. The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care.

As a Floating Pharmacist, you will mentor staff, manage daily tasks, and implement new pharmacy initiatives while ensuring compliance and exceptional patient outcomes across our Publix locations.

Formación

• Graduate of a school of pharmacy (PharmD) with active, unrestricted license.
• Must hold an unrestricted state pharmacist license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients, including counseling and immunizations.
• Mentor team on Publix pharmacy best practices to maximize service quality and sales.
• Advance MTM and immunization initiatives across assigned locations.
• Manage team performance and daily operations in the pharmacist-on-duty role.
• Serve as the pharmacy expert on technology systems for routine and complex prescriptions.
