Job summary

Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to support multiple locations with patient-centered care, MTM services, and immunizations. You will lead the on-duty team, ensure timely processing of prescriptions, and mentor staff while advancing clinical initiatives.

The role requires a pharmacist license, a PharmD or equivalent degree, and a commitment to exceptional patient care in a fast-paced retail environment. Positions include benefits and a mobility-friendly schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Unrestricted state pharmacist license.
• No active suspensions, sanctions, or other restrictions related to participation in a health program at hire or thereafter.
• No unacceptable drug test within the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients and counsel on medications.
• Lead the pharmacist-on-duty, set priorities, and mentor staff.
• Advance clinical initiatives: MTM and immunizations.
• Maintain strong patient relationships and promote loyalty.
