Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist in South Carolina to lead the pharmacy team on duty, oversee prescription processing, and deliver patient-centered care. You will mentor staff, support immunizations, MTM, and other clinical services while maintaining high service standards in a community-focused environment.

The role emphasizes maintaining compliance, leveraging pharmacy technology, and driving patient loyalty through personalized counseling and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must hold an unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
• Must not have suspensions or sanctions related to health programs.
• Must not have an unacceptable drug test history.

Responsabilités

• Provide dedication to each pharmacy's success by executing strategy and inspiring staff as the pharmacist-on-duty.
• Set priorities to maximize contribution and build rapport with customers and associates.
• Deliver best-in-class pharmacy service, counsel patients, and promote loyalty and MTM and immunizations.
• Lead teams to ensure timely prescription processing in the pharmacist-on-duty absence.
• Support new pharmacy initiatives and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Act as pharmacy technology expert for routine and complex prescriptions.
• Mentor staff on Publix pharmacy practices to maximize sales and minimize shrink.
• Advance clinical initiatives including MTM and immunizations.
