Descrizione del lavoro

Publix Pharmacy seeks a Floating Pharmacist to ensure seamless operations across locations in Florida. You will lead the on‑duty team, deliver patient‑centered care, immunizations, MTM, and counseling to promote health and wellness.

You will mentor staff, uphold Publix pharmacy standards, optimize prescription processing, and participate in pharmacy initiatives while maintaining flexibility to meet customer needs and store priorities.

Competenze

Must be at least 18 years old.
Graduate of a school of pharmacy.
Unrestricted state pharmacist license.
No active suspensions, sanctions, or other restrictions related to participation in health insurance programs.
No unacceptable result on a company-sponsored drug test within the last three years.

Mansioni

Provide best‑in‑class pharmacy service to patients, counseling and immunizations.
Promote medication therapy management (MTM) and other clinical services.
Lead and mentor the pharmacy team on duty; manage daily tasks and maintain customer rapport.
Ensure accurate prescription processing and adherence to Publix pharmacy standards.
Assist in new pharmacy initiatives and maintain flexibility to meet store needs.
