Job summary

Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to support multiple pharmacy locations as the pharmacist-on-duty, ensuring high standards of patient care and service. You will lead clinical initiatives, provide counseling, and promote immunizations and MTM to improve health outcomes.

You will mentor staff, manage operations, and adapt to location needs while maintaining accuracy and compliance with pharmacy laws and Publix procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must hold an unrestricted state pharmacist license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacist-on-duty support to pharmacy teams.
• Deliver best-in-class pharmacy service and patient counseling.
• Lead clinical services such as MTM and immunizations.
• Set priorities to maximize contribution and support customers and associates.
• Mentor staff on Publix pharmacy practices and product programs.
