Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted state pharmacist license.
• Must not have active suspensions, sanctions, or other restrictions related to participation in a health insurance program at hire or thereafter.
• Must not have had an unacceptable drug test result within the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedication to each pharmacy's success by executing strategy and supporting the team as the pharmacist-on-duty.
• Set priorities to maximize contribution and ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service through counseling, building personalized relationships, and promoting customer loyalty.
• Mentor team members on Publix pharmacy best practices to maximize sales and minimize shrink.
• Advance pharmacy clinical initiatives such as MTM and immunizations.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet customer needs and assist in duties as assigned.
