Job summary

Kph-Healthcare-Services is seeking a licensed pharmacist to ensure accurate dispensing and high-quality patient counseling. The role requires adherence to the Kinney Standard of Practice and rigorous QA steps to maintain prescription accuracy.

You will oversee inventory, third-party claims, and compliance with all state and federal regulations while delivering outstanding customer service in Newport, Vermont. A BS or PharmD is required, with pre-employment screenings as applicable.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with active state license and registration.

Job Summary:Responsible for the implementation and adherence to the Kinney Standard of Practice as it relates to the provision of the highest quality health care service to our customersJob Duties:Follows the Kinney Standard of Practice to dispense prescriptions and counsel patientsPerforms all quality assurance steps to ensure a technically accurate prescription is dispensed. Reports dispensing incidents in a timely manner, in accordance with company guidelinesFollows all State and Federal guidelines governing the practice of PharmacyOversees the initial submission, resubmission and collection of all third party claimsManages and balances the pharmacy inventory to provide for maximum turns while still remaining in-stock for customer needs.
