Job summary

Qualifications

• Current State Pharmacy license and registration
• Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD)
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to stand/walk for majority of shift

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Kinney Standard of Practice to dispense prescriptions and counsel patients
• Ensure quality assurance steps for accurate prescriptions

Job Summary:Responsible for the implementation and adherence to the Kinney Standard of Practice as it relates to the provision of the highest quality health care service to our customersJob Duties:Follows the Kinney Standard of Practice to dispense prescriptions and counsel patientsPerforms all quality assurance steps to ensure a technically accurate prescription is dispensed. Reports dispensing incidents in a timely manner, in accordance with company guidelinesFollows all State and Federal guidelines governing the practice of PharmacyOversees the initial submission, resubmission and collection of all third party claimsManages and balances the pharmacy inventory to provide for maximum turns while still remaining in-stock for customer needs.
