Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Pharmacist to implement Kinney Standard of Practice and ensure top-quality health care service. You will dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, and perform QA steps to ensure accuracy while reporting any dispensing incidents.

You will oversee third-party claims processing, manage inventory for maximum turnover, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. Strong emphasis on customer service and professional relationships with healthcare

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions and counsel patients according to Kinney Standard of Practice.
• Perform QA steps to ensure accuracy of prescriptions dispensed.
• Report dispensing incidents promptly per company guidelines.
• Oversee third-party claims submission and processing.
• Manage pharmacy inventory to maximize turns while meeting patient needs.
• Coordinate orders with Kinney Warehouse and suppliers as needed.
• Check inventory for outdates and process returns.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and ensure data security.
• Support budgeting and sales targets within operating guidelines.
• Train pharmacy staff, including clerks and technicians, in Kinney programs.
• Interface with auditors and outside agencies when required.

Job Summary:Responsible for the implementation and adherence to the Kinney Standard of Practice as it relates to the provision of the highest quality health care service to our customersJob Duties:Follows the Kinney Standard of Practice to dispense prescriptions and counsel patientsPerforms all quality assurance steps to ensure a technically accurate prescription is dispensed. Reports dispensing incidents in a timely manner, in accordance with company guidelinesFollows all State and Federal guidelines governing the practice of PharmacyOversees the initial submission, resubmission and collection of all third party claimsManages and balances the pharmacy inventory to provide for maximum turns while still remaining in-stock for customer needs.
