Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is hiring for a Pharmacist to implement and adhere to the Kinney Standard of Practice, ensuring top-quality health care service to customers.

The role includes dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients, and maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines. You will oversee third-party claims, manage inventory for maximum turns, and ensure the use of pharmacy technology for ROI.

Qualifications

• Valid State License and current registration to practice Pharmacy.
• Ability to stand/walk throughout most of shift.
• Pre-employment and/or random drug screening completed.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions and counsel patients per Kinney Standard of Practice.
• Ensure quality assurance for accurate prescriptions and report dispensing incidents.
• Oversee third party claims submission, resubmission and collection.
• Manage pharmacy inventory for maximum turns and in-stock readiness.
• Oversee transmitting, processing and receiving orders with Kinney Warehouse and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines and confidentiality of patient data.
• Support pharmacy marketing programs and maintain a professional, clean environment.
• Develop professional relationships with doctors and health professionals.
• Train and develop pharmacy staff including Kinney Clerk/Technician program.

Job Summary:Responsible for the implementation and adherence to the Kinney Standard of Practice as it relates to the provision of the highest quality health care service to our customersJob Duties:Follows the Kinney Standard of Practice to dispense prescriptions and counsel patientsPerforms all quality assurance steps to ensure a technically accurate prescription is dispensed. Reports dispensing incidents in a timely manner, in accordance with company guidelinesFollows all State and Federal guidelines governing the practice of PharmacyOversees the initial submission, resubmission and collection of all third party claimsManages and balances the pharmacy inventory to provide for maximum turns while still remaining in-stock for customer needs.
