American Senior Communities seeks a Floating Office Manager to provide financial leadership across ASC communities in Indiana. You will oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, benefits, and resident trust while traveling between sites.

Primary responsibilities include directing financial operations, ensuring timely billing, and supporting community-level managers. A background in Medicaid processes and third-party billing is required, with travel across Indiana expected.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a Business Office Manager.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations throughout Indiana.
• High School diploma. Some college preferred.
• Well versed in Indiana Medicaid application and redetermination process
• Private and 3rd party billing experience
• Collections experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial duties of the facility including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and resident trust administration.
• Provide leadership across ASC community finance operations.
