Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a restaurant environment, including supervising and training staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide management coverage and operational support at Subway locations as assigned.
• Recruit, coach, and supervise staff in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate changes in procedures, standards, and expectations to staff.
• Ensure health and food safety codes are maintained and safety policies followed.
• Maintain business records and support local marketing initiatives.
