Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in a restaurant environment, including supervising staff.
• Previous restaurant management experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide management coverage and operational support at Subway locations in Forsyth and Hall Counties.
• Adapt quickly to the needs of different restaurant locations while maintaining company standards.
• Recruit, coach, and evaluate staff according to policies.
• Post and manage staff work schedules.
• Communicate changes in procedures and standards to staff.
• Ensure health, food safety, and security codes are maintained.
