Job summary

SynergenX | Low T Center is seeking a Float Medical Assistant to support multiple Colorado-area clinics onsite. You will welcome patients, take vitals, perform venipuncture, and assist the clinical team as needed. No MA certification is required; two full weeks of paid, hands-on training will help you learn our processes.

This full-time role offers work across different clinic teams, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities to grow clinically while staying patient-focused.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 months of relevant medical experience OR 180 externship hours.
• MA or Phlebotomy certification preferred but not required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Ability to perform venipuncture and IM/subcutaneous injections preferred.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take patient vitals.
• Perform routine blood draws and venipuncture.
• Administer IM and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider.
• Prepare and process laboratory testing; maintain equipment and documentation.
• Complete quality control documentation.
• Assist with inventory and ordering; support front desk duties when needed.
• Collaborate with providers and clinic teams to ensure smooth patient flow and operations.
