Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program or comparable training.
• Minimum 3 years of Medical Assistant experience.
• Phlebotomy experience required (1 year).
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• Experience with EClinicalWorks or similar EMR.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room ArchWell Health members and perform intake.
• Measure vital signs, collect medical history, and assist with routine screenings.
• Assist PCPs, coordinate care with the team and other centers as needed.
• Manage patient communications, return calls, and relay information to physicians.
• Support patient experience, including health coaching and follow-up calls.
