Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Medical Assistant - Market Float to support PCPs across the market, greeting and rooming members and performing routine diagnostic testing. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program OR comparable healthcare vocational training required.
• A minimum of 3 years work experience as a Medical Assistant.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• EClinicalWorks or similar EMR experience.
• Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room ArchWell Health members; conduct intake and vital signs.
• Assist in assessing health conditions and performing routine diagnostic testing.
• Support PCPs and coordinate care across regional centers and teams.
• Process patient phone messages, return calls, and relay information to physicians.
• Change dressings and provide basic first aid under physician supervision.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and accurate documentation at all times.
• Provide health coaching and follow up with coached patients via calls.
