Spell Restaurant Group is seeking a Floating Manager to oversee operations across several concepts at busy Florida locations. You’ll drive guest satisfaction while supporting GM’s with daily tasks, using P&L data and tech tools to manage costs and boost profitability.

You’ll recruit, coach and develop team members, ensure safe, welcoming workplaces, and adapt to multiple venues weekly, working hands-on in kitchens and dining rooms to uphold Spell’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold Spell Restaurant Group's mission and standards.
• Ensure policies and training programs are followed on time.
• Monitor operations to meet sales, service, and sanitation goals.
• Oversee food prep, portion control, and presentation quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Source, hire and develop team members with coaching.
