Legacy Ventures Restaurants in Crystal River, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead front-of-house operations across multiple concepts, ensuring service excellence, adherence to recipes, standards, and procedures, and a guest-first hospitality experience.

You’ll train and mentor a high-performing team, manage reservations and events, coordinate with culinary leadership, uphold health and safety, and foster a positive, accountable culture where every shift is a shared performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-volume restaurant leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills.
• Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and team development.
• Experience with POS and scheduling systems.
• Hands-on leadership style with floor presence.
