Responsibilities

• Ensure timely adherence to policies, procedures, and training.
• Achieve sales, service, and quality objectives through employee training.
• Monitor food preparation and staff performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance regarding health and safety.
• Control cash and other receipts following policies.
• Investigate and resolve food quality complaints.
• Review financial reports to measure productivity.
• Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries.
• Monitor budgets and payroll records for compliance.
• Establish service standards and administer corrective actions.
• Develop the staff through training and coaching.
• Review operational problems to enhance performance.
• Source and hire team members continuously.
• Analyze menu recipes for cost and pricing.
• Assist fellow employees and fill in as needed.
