Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Make Ready Technician to restore vacated apartments to market-ready condition and support maintenance operations across our properties. The role emphasizes cleanliness, curb appeal, timely completion of tasks, and professional communication with residents and teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to use a computer.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to handle conflicts with residents.
• Must maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Address maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklists.
• Perform tasks promptly and professionally.
• Assist with painting and moving items as scheduled.
• Lend help during trash-out and safety procedures.
• Replace locks and make keys as requested.
• Report maintenance or life-safety issues promptly.
• Communicate professionally with residents, peers, and management.
• Comply with safety rules and company policies.
