Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Make Ready to thoroughly restore vacated apartments to market-ready status in a timely manner according to the manager's timetable. The Make Ready will perform a wide range of maintenance tasks including inspecting units, replacing lights, repairing fixtures, and assisting with painting and cleaning during the turnover process.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
• Willingness to perform all required tasks.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete a make-ready checklist.
• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Check and replace lights, windows, doors, shelves, baseboards and mirrors as needed.
• Inspect appliances and report problems to Lead Maintenance.
