Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Make Ready Technician to restore vacated apartments to market-ready condition and maintain curb appeal across the property. You will work under the maintenance supervisor to uphold safety standards and ensure resident satisfaction throughout daily cleaning, painting, trash removal, and general upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Must maintain professional appearance and comply with uniform policy.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Promote customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklists.
• Perform tasks in a friendly, cooperative, and timely manner.
• Clean available apartments, model homes and common areas as directed.
• Assist with painting duties and move items as scheduled.
• Address maintenance concerns related to weather or conditions.
