Job summary

Property Management is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties around Los Angeles. The role covers turnover work, drywall/painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance and HVAC maintenance, and daily travel between sites.

You will respond to work orders, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain portfolio standards while working independently across multiple locations. Travel is required; compensation includes hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• Strong drywall, painting, and apartment make‑readies skills.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

Floating Maintenance Technician, Multifamily (Los Angeles)

Responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs across a portfolio of multifamily apartment properties throughout the Los Angeles area. Duties include apartment turnovers, drywall and painting, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, appliance and HVAC maintenance, responding to work orders, and completing property improvement projects. Must be dependable, self‑motivated, experienced in residential maintenance, and able to travel between properties while maintaining quality workmanship and timely service.

$25–$30 per hour, depending on experience

An owner-operated multifamily investment group with apartment buildings throughout the Los Angeles area is seeking an experienced, dependable Maintenance Technician.
