Qualifications

• Experience with safe use and maintenance of hand and power tools and mechanical equipment.
• Experience in painting, basic carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs promptly.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins via make-ready process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exteriors and parking areas; assist with vendor management.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment and systems.
