Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks at our properties. You will diagnose issues, complete resident requests, and ensure safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include inventory control, accurate documentation, and coordinating with vendors as needed. The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to OSHA safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification is required.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf carts on property as needed.
• Commitment to safety policies and OSHA-related training.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance per policies and codes.
• Manage make‑ready tasks for vacant apartments, including inspections and punch lists.
• Track materials, supply needs, and inventory with quick reporting to supervision.
• Document service requests accurately to enable proper tracking.
• Support grounds and common areas upkeep, cleaning, and painting as needed.
• Contribute to cost control by repairing instead of replacing when feasible.
