The technician will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance diagnostics, carpentry, and general maintenance, including unit turns and grounds upkeep. Safety and resident service are emphasized.

Qualifications

• HVAC license is required for troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems.
• Electrical license is required for electrical work and troubleshooting.
• Plumbing license is required for plumbing repairs and diagnostics.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for resident interactions.
• Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred to support property operations.

Responsibilities
