Job summary

American Property Management is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician I or II to maintain and turnover units across multiple properties in the Greater Seattle Area. The role requires on-site presence, reliability, and strong customer service for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance within the last 10 years is required/preferred.
• Must provide basic hand tools; company provides power tools.
• Fluency in English (reading, speaking, writing).
• HVAC certification and CPO certification preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate quality of work using discretion and independent judgment.
• Assist in making units rent-ready.
• Adhere to safety rules at all times.
• Safely use chemicals and equipment as part of daily duties.
• Maintain grounds, work and storage areas to meet curb appeal standards.
• Paint and clean as needed to ensure timely unit turnover.
