Job summary

American Property Management seeks a hands-on maintenance technician to service 700 Broadway Apartments and adjacent properties in the Seattle metro. You will perform unit turns, basic repairs, and ensure safety standards while delivering reliable resident service.

The role requires reliable transportation, basic tools, and the ability to work 5 days a week (Tue–Sat) on-site, with on-call responsibilities for emergencies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance within the last 10 years.
• HVAC certification is preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in getting units rent ready and perform maintenance tasks.
• Maintain grounds, paint and clean as needed for timely turnover.
• Ensure safety requirements are followed and respond to emergencies as on-call.
