Zekelman Industries is seeking a Floating Leasing Agent to drive occupancy across multiple properties in the Phoenix area, with immediate need in Glendale, AZ. You will manage the full leasing cycle, greet prospects, schedule tours, process applications, and support renewals while delivering outstanding resident experiences.

The role requires 1–3 years in leasing or related fields, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in leasing, sales, or customer service; residential property Mgmt preferred.
• Lease up experience is required.
• Spanish language skills are highly preferred.
• Must work weekends and some evenings.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospective residents and schedule tours.
• Promote features, amenities, and lifestyle benefits.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process applications, conduct background checks, and prepare leases.
• Assist with renewals, move-ins, and move-outs for a smooth resident experience.
• Maintain leasing pipeline with CRM and follow-up systems.
• Support retention efforts and lease renewal campaigns.
• Participate in marketing and community outreach to generate leads.
• Keep model units and common areas tour-ready; assist events.
