Zekelman Industries is seeking a Floating Leasing Agent to drive occupancy by delivering a welcoming experience to prospective residents and showcasing community lifestyle and amenities. You will manage the full leasing cycle from inquiry to move-in across our properties in the Phoenix area, with initial focus in Glendale, AZ.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in leasing or sales, a high school diploma, and strong CRM and leasing software skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service (residential property management preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Lease up experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents while scheduling property tours.
• Promote apartment features, community amenities, and lifestyle benefits.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease documentation.
• Facilitate renewals, move-ins, and move-outs for a seamless experience.
• Maintain an organized leasing pipeline using CRM and follow-up systems.
• Support resident retention and lease renewal campaigns.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach to generate leads.
• Ensure model units and common areas are tour-ready.
