• Greet prospects and conduct property tours to qualify interest and generate traffic.
• Process applications, perform credit/background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Coordinate lease renewals and communicate renewal options to residents.
• Ensure show units and common areas are clean and market-ready.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and coordinate with maintenance and property team.
