Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Floating Leasing Professional in Meridian, Idaho. You will support leasing across designated properties, coordinate marketing, advance occupancy, and drive renewals while ensuring resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include tours, applications, credit checks, lease prep, and daily show unit prep. You will use Yardi/OneSite/Entrata and monitor market conditions to boost occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of sales, marketing, internet and customer service experience.
• Compassionate and diplomatic with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals, greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and prepare move-in paperwork.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance for any items.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic using internet tools and referrals.
• Use property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prep the leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to secure lease decisions and renewals.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and meeting renewing residents.
