Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Floating Leasing Professional for The Lofts at Ten Mile. The role supports multiple properties within a designated market, coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

You will handle tours, applications, screenings, and lease signings, ensuring a high‑quality show experience. The position requires a minimum of 1 year in property management or residence life, strong communication skills, and proficiency with leading PM

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of relevant experience in residence life or property management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Conduct tours, process applications, screenings, and prepare lease packages.
• Maintain show units, coordinate with maintenance for readiness.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases.
• Utilize property management software to track data and leads.
• Support marketing plans and leasing initiatives across communities.
