Responsibilities

• Inspect apartments prior to resident move-in.
• Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions.
• Design and execute marketing activities.
• Use property management software to track apartment availability.
• Ensure community meets the Company's standards.
• Follow-up with prospects and new residents for satisfaction.
• Execute activities for the community's lease renewal program.
• Respond quickly to resident and client concerns.
