Job summary

Lyon Living is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant Floater to support apartment properties across the South Bay and San Jose, CA areas. You will promote a welcoming atmosphere, conduct tours, generate leads, process applications, and help achieve occupancy goals while delivering outstanding service to residents and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of customer service or sales experience, a background in retail/hospitality, strong communication and organization, and

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or food & beverage background.
• Property management background is a plus.
• Flexible scheduling, weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Promotes positive and welcoming customer interactions.
• Conduct community tours for future residents.
• Generate leads and lease apartments to achieve occupancy.
• Qualifies prospective residents by verifying applications and lease documents.
• Collects rental deposits and application fees.
• Maintain market presence and community value.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, staff, and guests.
