Job summary

Lyon Living is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant Floater to support apartment communities across the South Bay and San Jose, CA areas. This role focuses on friendly resident interactions, tours, and leasing activity to meet occupancy goals.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year in customer service or sales, with strong communication and computer skills. Weekend availability and the ability to travel between properties are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months - 1 year of strong customer service and/or sales experience.
• Retail, hospitality, and/or food & beverage background.
• Property management background is a plus.
• Flexible scheduling and available to work on weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes positive and welcoming customer interactions aligned with the Lyon Living experience.
• Conduct community tours for future residents.
• Generate leads and lease apartment homes to achieve occupancy goals.
• Qualifies prospective residents by verifying applications, lease documents and related paperwork.
• Collects rental deposits and application fees.
• Maintain sensibility of market presence and community value.
• Persistently seek to create team and resident experiences.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, staff, and guests.
