Z Modular in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Floating Leasing Associate to drive occupancy by delivering a welcoming experience to prospective residents and guiding them through the full leasing cycle from inquiry to move-in. This role supports multiple properties in the Phoenix area, with immediate need in Glendale.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in leasing or customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM and leasing software.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Residential property management experience preferred.
• Ability to speak Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents and schedule property tours.
• Promote apartment features, community amenities, and lifestyle benefits.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease documentation.
• Facilitate renewals, move-ins and move-outs to ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Maintain an organized leasing pipeline using CRM and follow-up systems.
• Support resident retention efforts and execute lease renewal campaigns.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach to generate leads.
• Ensure model units and common areas are tour-ready.
