Zekelman Industries is seeking a Floating Leasing Associate to drive occupancy across properties in the Glendale area. You will greet prospects, tour apartments, and guide applicants through the leasing process while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

The role requires 1–3 years in leasing or related fields, weekend availability, and proficiency with CRM and leasing software. Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred, and a professional presentation is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service (residential property management preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional presentation.
• Ability to work weekends and some evenings; flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, schedule property tours.
• Promote apartment features and community amenities.
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease docs.
• Facilitate renewals, move-ins, and move-outs; maintain CRM pipeline.
• Support resident retention and lease renewal campaigns.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to generate leads.
• Ensure model units and common areas are tour-ready.
