Red Tail Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to warmly welcome prospects, tour communities, and guide them through the leasing process across Port Orchard-area properties. You will deliver exceptional resident experiences with a sales-oriented mindset and strong communication.

The role requires weekend availability and a passion for customer service, with duties spanning leasing, administrative tasks, and property operations to ensure smooth move-ins and move-outs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent reading and writing in English.
• 1 year of service industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsabilités

• Show apartments and lease units.
• Update unit availability daily and maintain leasing information.
• Process rental applications per procedures.
• Provide clerical, office, and phone support.
• Maintain resident files and documentation.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out activities and calendars.
• Resolve resident concerns and escalate as needed.
